Consulting Company, and as a founding partner in a successful Real Estate Investment firm.  He accelerated the growth of his own asset base, often earning ROI’s upwards of over 300% in a single transaction!

In spite of his Business success, Dave’s Life is incredibly balanced by that for his personal excellence, as an accomplished marathon runner, long distance cyclist, off-piste skier, advanced scuba diver, mountaineer, and world travel adventurer to over 35 countries on 6 of 7 continents.  Whether it’s on safari in Africa or at the negotiating table, Dave feels equally at home.  He has lived abroad, and brings a worldview perspective and Zest for Life in all he does. A romantic at heart, Dave proposed to his long-time sweetheart Teresa on a gondola in Venice, and honeymooned high in the Andes on a trek along the ancient Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, and explored the Amazon river basin.  Happily married for several years now, Dave is a devoted family man and father, living the Life of his dreams.  He looks forward to introducing his two young sons, Joshua and Zachary to canoeing, mountaineering, a Zest for Life in the Great Outdoors, and the ability to achieve whatever they want in Life.

Dave also invests heavily in the community both locally and globally, having donated thousands of dollars and countless hours to such worthy causes as Habitat for Humanity, Disaster Relief (Tsunami and Earthquake assistance), local youth and church groups, and support for third world countries.
